When the Iron Curtain of Communism fell the underground churches in Romania started to grow. Evangelism in many areas of Romania are producing many church plants or new churches.
A big problem for the church in Romania is the lack of well trained leaders. Many of the young churches died from lack of skilled leadership and resources.

Sheep need a Shepherd.

Bible Schools, Discipleship Schools, Local and Regional Bible seminars and Pastor Conferences are the many ways that we are working to develope great leaders for Romania.

These training times equip those attending with tools and knowledge to help them better enguage in the task of bringing Romania to Christ.
Networking together, pastors encourage and help each other. Pastors from the USA and other countries come and teach and help to raise up great leaders for the church in Romania.
